Purpose
El Nido en el Ático Films was born from the need to film life as it is: imperfect and contradictory. We believe in a kind of cinema made from intuition adapted to whatever means are available, but always truthful. A cinema that observes people, their emptiness, and their small everyday miracles.
We’re not interested in perfection, but in emotion and time. We’re drawn to the margins, to unlikely encounters, to conversations that last longer than expected. We make films like someone writing a letter or playing a song: with honesty, with passion, and with the belief that the simplest things can be the deepest.
